Moving blogs

Hi everyone, for a while now I have been unable to contact Jojo. Our project has been put onto hiatus and we were waiting to hear back from her. After a lot of complications Jojo isn't coming back to school so our coursework cannot be continued. After talking to my teacher we have decided to use the other film I have been working on. During the time I have not been able to talk to Jojo, before December, I have been working on another film called morning coffee. My partner Jess also had some complication which is why I helped out. We have worked on the film from the start together, myself as both an actor in the film and as a director. We have very recently finished filming and are now on the editing stage. I will need to re-do lots of my research so will be moving to a new url and starting the blog again so I have research that suits the new film genre.
My new blog can be found here.

Start of editing

Jojo and myself have just sat down to edit, using a similar method to filming we have make a very quick rough plan of the editing. This has helped us to see that the scene upstairs in the second room doesn't flow very well and we are planning to re-film a few scenes to make the film opening work better.

Credits

Using Sony Vegas we have the choice to  place the credits in many deferent angles and shots. This is the order that is appropriate for our film:

PRODUCTION COMPANY presents
a NAME  film
TITLE
Lead Cast
Supporting Cast
Casting Director
Music Composer
Costume Designer
Editor
Production Designer
Director of Photography
Executive Producer
Producer
Writer
Director

Filming

We have just finished filming the first scenes. We found that filming is taking less time than previously thought because we have already run through all the shots and what angles to use. This has helped to speed up the time taken to make our film and gives us more time to do the next steps.

Font

The font that we have chosen is call Mary Kate. We chose this font because it has a simplistic style that looks almost innocent look to it but the font has un-even edges on it. This gives the feeling that serif
